Our client was a company that is committed to transforming healthcare through working and liaising with new partners, in new ways. The healthcare company is focused on going as far as possible in order to help change healthcare for the better. They aim to do the following through researching, designing and manufacturing instruments in which help to alleviate patients’ pain, restore their wellbeing and extend their lives. LDA was requested to find and organise two venues for 110 people in London.
We focused on providing our client with luxury transportation vehicles throughout their trip, from trips to and from the airport, hotel, venues and restaurants. With regards to accommodation, we found the ideal location, deciding upon the modern conference hotel the Hilton London Metropole, located within a mile of the iconic Hyde Park. This was the perfect hotel for offering our client an accommodation within walking distance of London’s most popular sights, elegant venues and exquisite restaurants. We also provided the client with five alternative venue options to choose for their private dining event, with room capacities ranging from 200 to 500 people.
The client decided upon our third option – No.11 Cavendish Square, home to The King’s Fund, located minutes away from Oxford Circus. This refined Georgian venue offers a stunning, light and airy space, perfect for meeting refreshments, networking, receptions and dinners. As a result, this venue was chosen to host a formal dinner for the client. No.11’s beautiful courtyard, filled with water features and lights at night were highly appreciated by the client. The venue sources the freshest seasonal produce from local quality suppliers, providing the greatest variety of foods from approved specialist suppliers. The menu offered a wonderful selection of meats, including salmon and crab, as well as a refreshing assortment of desserts and wine, from Bordeaux.
Following the formal meal, the clients had a reception at the stunning, picturesque venue -The Garden Room at Syon Park. LDA assisted in providing additions to the reception, including lighting, music, photography and transportation.
The client was very pleased with our chosen venue, modes of transportation and general running of the operation, stating that they would love to work with LDA again.
