Ideal for Colour Brochure Printing, Flyers, and Business Cards
London Design Agency is a full service graphic design and website design company based in London. Whether part of an integrated campaign, or as a one-off tactical mailer, we're here to produce and advise on the chosen medium that will work for your business. There are endless methods of communicating with your target audience, and via Brightside this can be achieved efficiently with maximum cost-effectiveness. We offer creative design solutions tailored to your requirements.
However, although we design for electronic publication, much of our graphic design eventually ends up as the printed word (and rightly so!). To this end we offer digital lithographic printing London, supplied with expert advice, to help guide you through this maze. Whether to print digitally or lithographically is often a difficult choice, and very confusing for clients. Obviously, we would advise you of the correct method of printing, but digital printing London, is ideally suited to short run work. This often encompasses colour brochure printing, flyers, business cards, etc.
The versatility of digital printing enables the efficient and cost effective printing of brochures and small booklets, particularly for small run jobs. Another increasingly common use of digital printing is for mail merged documents. Once again, these can be letters, leaflets or small booklets, personalised to the recipient. We recently produced some very interesting conference invitations for a client of ours, personalising every invitation. The response they received was overwhelming. Incorporating good graphic design within these sales documents presents potential customers with a very appealing product.
Within our Digital Printing London we have three digital printing devices, enabling us to respond to clients' demands immediately. But no matter how technologically advanced the printers are, and how the finished printing quality is, it is all worthless unless the graphic design is good. What's the point of printing, for instance, white characters out of a yellow background? Or, for a poster we recently received, black characters on a dark purple background. We often get supplied artwork such as this from clients, which looks great on the designer's screen, but when printed is barely legible. Our designers not only consider the design aspects, typographic and graphic, but how the finished article will appear in its chosen medium, either electronic or printed. As mentioned previously, some designs can look very impressive when viewed on a screen, but absolutely horrific on paper.
Printing lithographically is generally, but not always, preferable for longer run work. Also, for the very top end of image reproduction, litho is also recommended. That is not to say that digital printing is inferior for most work, but the highest quality litho printing is about as good as it gets. But for short run work this quality comes at a cost. The process of printing litho involves the production of printing plates, a cost factor that becomes less and less important the longer the printing run. Plates are not used in digital printing, hence its cost effectiveness with digital printing.
So, whether you choose to use Digital Printing London or Litho Printing London, our designers and account handlers will be pleased to offer the correct advice.
